The Rodeo Parade in Prescott will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2024, in Downtown Prescott. The parade promptly starts at 9am sharp. This is a great celebration of the World’s Oldest Rodeo and Independence Day. This year’s parade theme is “Prescott Traditions”. Come early and get the best seats along the parade route. The parade starts on Willis Street and heads along Cortez Street and back on Montezuma Street to Sheldon Street. Everyone loves a parade especially in Prescott, Arizona. The Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza is the perfect backdrop for the parade. Since it is downtown, there are plenty of places to watch the parade. Get there early and bring your chairs to sit on the sidewalk for the best views. Parking is abundant in downtown also. There is parking available on the side streets as well as a public parking structure. Don’t miss the bands, the classic cars and all of the community groups who join in the fun. After the parade is over, you’ll want to check out the Frontier Days Arts & Crafts Show which is held on the Courthouse Plaza. Then visit the local shops, restaurants and bars that makes Prescott famous.
